MONIES REQUESTED.


WHEREAS the Merchant Strangers residing within the City of London have promised to lend the Sum of Fifty thousand Pounds for One Year, for and towards the Relief and Preservation of the Realm of Ireland; to be repaid again out of the first and next Monies to be granted by Act of Parliament, with Consideration for the Forbearance thereof, after the Rate of Eight Pounds per Cent.
